Introducing faster Building Technology which combines all the best features of traditional, modular and off-site construction to deliver an evolutionary breakthrough in construction for the UK.

It is a CAD/CAM digital building technology on a BIM 360 3D – 7D platform. Built to your architect’s design. 


The structural walls are based on Light Gauge Steel (LGS) which is combined with single pour Micro Porous Concrete (MPC).  The LGS provides repetitive accuracy so greatly reduced snagging issues.

MPC optimum thermal insulation, fire-rating (safety), sound absorption.

MPC is non- combustible and when combined with the Glass Reinforced Concrete (GFRC) exterior and interior wall panels with burn times of over 2 hours, these properties are ultra-safe and perfect for public spaces such school classrooms. There are no toxic fumes released in any circumstances.


Development is so fast it is breath taking when one considers it is not delivering hollow inflexible offsite modules but permanent structures to any architectural design with superior quality as noted above

Maximum number of houses at minimum cost.

To give a feel for our construction speed

1.       Two Council semis, 87.5 sq m each has a build time of 15 days (see appendix 1)

2.       Because it is a system we can actually build 10 x the 2 semis in 21 days (see appendix 1)

3.       A seven-storey block of apartments, 4275 sq m will be completed in 107 days of construction and that is fully completed with kitchens and bathrooms installed. (See appendix 2)

We believe we deliver permanent high performing classrooms, acoustic dampening, non – combustible in the same time as currently schools are having temporary modular classrooms built to then expensively rent whilst permanent classrooms are build using the traditional methods. We can delete the whole temporary classroom step and deliver substantial savings to the education budget.

Environmentally Better

This form of development is better for the environment in so many ways.

Conservation of raw material and natural resources

In building a comparable house the system uses only 30% of the equivalent cement. 

The manufacturing of cement is energy intensive so not only is less material used but less energy is consumed.

The MPC has biodegradable proteins added but contains no chemicals, and no harmful effluents are released during the building process, nor during occupation.

Less waste is better for the environment as there will be fewer skips going to landfill

There are fewer transport deliveries in building a  project.

Low carbon and energy efficient in construction and manufacturing

GRC has great environmental benefits.

The main constituents of GRC are based on the naturally occurring earth oxides that are used in the manufacture of cement and glass fibres. These are not generally regarded as pollutants. Wash water from the manufacturing process contains cement and this is alkaline. It is normal for factories to have settlement tanks so that solids are not put into the drainage system.

The reduced weight of GRC compared to steel reinforced concrete products does provide environmental benefits. An assessment carried out as part of a DETR/ Concrete Industry Alliance PIT Project compared two concrete and GRC products that fulfil the same function. The results show that GRC has a lower environmental impact. 

Steel is an environment-friendly construction material, with multiple benefits.

Steel is a fully recyclable material, unlike many other building materials. The steel frame can be extracted from a steel frame structure when it is demolished.

Steel framing is the environmentally friendly residential framing choice. When you compare that it takes 40-50 mature trees and only six scrapped cars to frame a 2,000 sq. ft. home, you can quickly appreciate the value of steel today and the impact on generations to come.

Neighbour Friendly

Development is fast, so building time and neighbour disturbance is potentially reduced by up to 66%.

All components LGS and GFRC are built specific to the design so no extra or waste is delivered to site in turn leading to almost nil waste on site along with truck movements to take it away.

The MPC is also mixed to the specific design so again no extra or waste. This is the insulation material so no large piles of traditional insulation panels and their annoying toxic off cuts that float in the air to neighbours’ properties.

The LGS assembly is by screwing and bolting so reduced hammering noise and there is no constant mortar mixing for the traditional bricklayer along with their waste ingredients.

Development is clinical efficiency, reduced deliveries, reduced noise, substantially reduced waste and FAST.
